## Search

`GET https://api.assyro.com/v1/sources/fda-data-dashboard/search` with any of these query parameters. Repeat a parameter for a list (`?phase=PHASE2&phase=PHASE3`). An unknown parameter is refused by name.

### Search parameters

| `dataset` | string | yes | inspections (classifications), citations (posted 483 citations), compliance_actions (warning letters, injunctions, seizures), import_refusals. One of: `inspections`, `citations`, `compliance_actions`, `import_refusals`. |
| `query` | string | no | A firm name (partial match, e.g. "Sun Pharmaceutical") or an FEI number (digits, e.g. "3002807765"). A firm name followed by its city or state ("Catalent Bloomington") keeps that firm's rows at that place. |
| `classification` | string | no | inspections only: OAI (official action), VAI (voluntary action) or NAI (no action). One of: `OAI`, `VAI`, `NAI`. |
| `actionType` | string | no | compliance_actions only. One of: `Warning Letter`, `Injunction`, `Seizure`. |
| `productType` | string | no | The FDA product area (inspections, compliance_actions, import_refusals). One of: `Biologics`, `Devices`, `Drugs`, `Food/Cosmetics`, `Tobacco`, `Veterinary`. |
| `product` | string | no | import_refusals only: product description, partial match (e.g. "shrimp", "surgical gloves"). |
| `cfrReference` | string | no | citations only: the cited section, partial match (e.g. "21 CFR 211.192", "820.100"). |
| `country` | string | no | Two-letter ISO country code of the firm, e.g. "IN", "CN", "US". |
| `dateFrom` | string | no | Earliest inspection end / action / refusal date, YYYY-MM-DD. |
| `dateTo` | string | no | Latest inspection end / action / refusal date, YYYY-MM-DD. |
| `limit` | integer | no | Rows to return, default 8. |
| `offset` | integer | no | Skip this many rows (for paging), default 0. |

## What a record holds

- `id`, `title`, `url`: the source's identifier, its title and its page at the source, to verify it.
- `authority`, `publishedDate`, `version`: who published it, when, and the edition read.
- `snippet` and `fields`: the matching text and the source's own fields.
- `asOf`: the day Assyro's copy of the source was read.
