Part 21.33 — Power — information relating to environmental effects
The Minister has the authority to compel holders of therapeutic product authorizations to provide additional information, conduct tests, studies, or monitoring regarding the environmental effects of their products.
What this part covers
- The Minister may order the holder of a therapeutic product authorization to compile information about the therapeutic product's environmental effects.
- The Minister may order the holder of a therapeutic product authorization to conduct tests, studies, or monitoring in respect of the therapeutic product's environmental effects.
- The holder of a therapeutic product authorization must provide the Minister with the compiled information or the results of the tests, studies, or monitoring.
