Part 21.7 — Terms and conditions of authorizations
This section mandates that holders of therapeutic product authorizations must comply with all terms and conditions imposed by the Minister or through relevant regulations.

- The holder of a therapeutic product authorization shall comply with any terms and conditions of the authorization.
- These terms and conditions may be imposed by the Minister under subsection 21.92(3) or under regulations made under paragraph 30(1.2)(b).
