Part 21.95 — Order — advanced therapeutic products
The Minister is empowered to issue orders, with or without terms and conditions, authorizing specific classes of persons to engage in activities such as importing, selling, advertising, manufacturing, preparing, preserving, packaging, labeling, storing, or testing advanced therapeutic products. The Minister can also specify regulatory provisions excluded from an exemption under section 21.96 and establish distinct classes of persons.
