Part 9 — Deception, etc., regarding drugs

This section prohibits any person from labeling, packaging, treating, processing, selling, or advertising any drug in a manner that is false, misleading, deceptive, or likely to create an erroneous impression regarding its character, value, quantity, composition, merit, or safety. It further specifies that drugs not labeled or packaged according to regulations, or labeled/packaged contrary to regulations, are considered to be in violation of this prohibition.
