Part 16.3 — Prohibited claims — animal testing
This section prohibits making claims on cosmetic labels or in advertisements that a cosmetic was not tested on animals after a specific date, unless the person making the claim possesses evidence to substantiate it. Furthermore, any person making such a claim is obligated to provide this evidence to the Minister upon request.
