Part 2.3 — Vaping products
This section clarifies that 'this Act' generally does not apply to vaping products, as defined in the Tobacco and Vaping Products Act, solely because they contain nicotine or are used with nicotine-containing substances. However, the Act *does* apply if such vaping products are manufactured, sold, or represented for therapeutic uses, such as the diagnosis, treatment, mitigation, or prevention of diseases or their symptoms in humans.
