Part 20 — Deception, etc., regarding devices

This section prohibits any person from labeling, packaging, treating, processing, selling, or advertising any device in a false, misleading, or deceptive manner, or in a way that creates an erroneous impression about its characteristics or safety. It also specifies that non-compliance with labeling or packaging regulations is considered a deceptive practice.
