Part 21.6 — False or misleading information — therapeutic products
This section prohibits any person from knowingly making false or misleading statements or providing false or misleading information to the Minister regarding therapeutic products under this Act.

- No person shall knowingly make a false or misleading statement to the Minister concerning a therapeutic product.
- No person shall knowingly provide the Minister with false or misleading information concerning a therapeutic product.
