Part 5 — Pest control products

This section establishes that maximum residue limits (MRLs) for agricultural chemicals and their derivatives, previously set under the Food and Drug Regulations, are deemed to be specified under the Pest Control Products Act if the chemical is a pest control product. This applies to regulations as they existed immediately before the subsection's coming into force.
